Our Mission
The Newcomers Club of the Southwest Suburbs is a social and civic group whose members strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere of friendliness and support to newcomers.
General Club Information
Board Meetings are open to all members and are held the first Tuesday of each month, August through May. The meetings are held at 9:45 a.m. at Pax Christi Community Church in the Chief Joseph Room. The address is 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie 55347. Enter the church through Door #3, then proceed down the hall. The room will be on the right.
Directories are provided annually to all members in good standing. The club requires that all information contained in the directories be held in complete confidence and be used only for club matters.
Email is used to send members immediate club news. Members who do not use email will receive telephone messages.
Membership is required for regular participation in any club activity. Prospective members may attend two club activities or events before becoming a member.
Membership Dues are collected in September. Our club year runs from September 1 through August 31.

Renewals, payable in September: $25.00
Joining September 1 - December 31: $25.00
Joining January 1 - April 30: $20.00
Joining May 1 - August 31: $10.00
Social Meetings (Luncheons) are held the second Tuesday of each month, September through May. These luncheons usually include a special tour or guest speaker.
Social Events are open to members and their families, friends and out-of-town guests when accompanied by a member, unless otherwise specified.
Welcome Coffees are held from 10:00 a.m to 11:30 a.m. at Dunn Brothers Coffee shop on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Members and prospective members are encouraged to attend. The address is 8107 Eden Prairie Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55346.
